DESCRIPTION & BACKGROUND

Bob Vister is the unofficial vice president of the Fighting Phils faction. He shares equal power to Eugene Gumble, the Fighting Phil president, only Vister is located in Madison whereas Gumble is located in the hub of Milwaukee.

Vister was well-born his whole life and gained a modest education by his own means. He was raised by a single mother who later died in an assassination from a Waltzer. Disillusioned, Vister fell upon the Fighting Phil clan by chance, as he'd taken to wandering the Amtrak tracks with no real destination. When pressed for his story, he admitted his mother's murder. He was admired for his scrappy build and honest eyes and voice. A Fighting Phil offered him food and a soft bed for the night and when he awoke he found the Waltzer who killed his mother gagged and tied to a chair next to him. The Waltzer was dead and foaming at the mouth. At the foot was a young boy nudging his leg. He was perhaps 10 in comparison to Vister's 30. When Vister's vision cleared up, he saw the boy holding a chain with an empty capsule tied to the end. The boy had fed the Waltzer cyanide.
